Custom design orders are delivered within 7 working days, all other orders are delivered within 3 working days.

Returns and exchanges of products shipped to you are accepted within a maximum of 5 working days. Returns of products whose delivery time exceeds 5 business days cannot be accepted.

We cannot accept any exchanges or returns on our personalized products.
